What is a Krav Maga BootCamp
Bootcamps are accelerated training 'camps' focused on learning and applying realistic Self Defence skills as quickly as possible. Bootcamps are high energy - dynamic and an incredible experience for all involved. Trainees gain confidence through practical experience and applying simple to learn defensive skills. Unless specified, no prior experience is expected or needed. Krav Maga is uniquely qualified to teach people realistic skills in the shortest period of time. and trainees are put through their paces in practical training with a lot. No Martial Arts or training experience is required.

Street Crime and Weapons

- Build appropriate gross motor defensive skills for weapons survival
- Apply appropriate threat responce under a range of settings

- Surviving an edged weapon - the principles
- Skill acquisition - position of disadvantage unarmed
- Skills acquisition - edged weapons
- Dealing with threats - cash point robbery, kidnap/rape scenarios
- Long distance attack - using improvised weapons
- Close Quarter attack

- Stripping weapons - does it ever work. Exploring the disarm myth.
- Lecture - Personality Traits of a survivor - profile of survival
- Summary drills and scenarios and pressure testing - Putting it all together
